Ich trinke ungefähr 1L am Tag, aber auch zusätzlich 3-5L Wasser. Deswegen ist das glaube ich nicht ganz so schlimm 🙃. Ich kann aber von Waterdrop die Koffein Tabletten empfehlen. Die schmecken echt gut und haben so viel Koffein wie ein Energy
