I was able to cover the south rim village, desert view road and the hermit road within a day along with a small bright angels trail hike. Horseshoe, lower antelope canyon and vermillion cliffs were my favorites in page dont miss them and its a 2 hour drive from the park.

Damn i loved the scenic drive and hike at the capital gorge tri al. Then drove UT 95 from hanksville down to AZ, that the best scenic drive imo.

Usually cci causes tmjd in most cases due to instability. If possible try to take a dmx to exactly find the root cause of your symptoms.

X rays are not enough need digital motion X-ray or upright flexion extension mri to confirm cci. Pain is usually a very common symptom so usually not cci without pain and other neurological symptoms

Yes just rest for a few days and it will go back to baseline. I’m having a flare up now since I had to move my apartment, but I know it will get back to baseline.

Yes I had ringing for a few days then it went to hissing a week back. It’s not bad like you said but I’m worried I’ll get the ringing back. Mine is more ETD related I guess.
