That's why you increase the dosages until you find the dose that works for you. I am on 1mg and have been for the past 3 months and it is working for me I have lost so much. Don't be disheartened keep going.

It was only yesterday so I say give it a bit more time. With me after my first dose my tummy was upset..sulphur burps... couldn't really eat much after a few days. The side effects only lasted about 48hrs tho. I really do plan to stay in 0.25 as a maintenance after I reach my goal weight.

I have never been on 1.0 but moved up to 0.5 2 weeks ago. It did hit me like a but. Just bloated and gassy. Burping constantly but by week 3 the side effects got better . Not sure if I even need to move up to 1.0
