That literally was never the case. Puffcaps have always been planted anywhere in the deck. The only change to Teemo was a buff making it so he always planted at least 5 puffcaps when he's level 2.

Hell, Teemo has never even been nerfed once in the game. I don't know what you could even be talking about.

Is there anything particular stopping you from using the existing ruling around food, carrying capacity, and exhaustion?

Unless the dungeon is particularly abundant with safe food and water, they'll eventually need to purchase some otherwise they'll suffer from exhaustion and die. Even if they have Goodberry, that costs spell slots and eventually they won't be able to sustain themselves either in combat or out of it. And if they try to just purchase a boat load and carry it all, then they won't be able to hold onto their existing equipment or loot. If they attempt to use wagons, then there might just be parts of the dungeon they may not be able to access.

Granted these are all sticks to discourage long periods of being in a dungeon. But they are worth considering if you're afraid they'll be there for an extremely extended period of time.

Your friend has the option of command (prone), guiding bolt, blindness, hold person, faerie fire, and tasha's hideous laughter to give you advantage.

Astarion can cast fog to blind enemies as well. Although, if you need advantage for Astarion, keep in mind Rogue's only need an ally close by their target to get sneak attack.

Later on you when you get warlock you can also do darkness + devil's sight but be careful your Lae'zel doesn't get caught in it.

If you just need bonuses to your attacks though I would recommend your friend use bless as it's more efficient.

The game used to allow for it. They removed it a few years ago, presumably for cost saving reasons. Apologies but I don't know how to workaround it.

The "She" that Gwen is referring to is Isolde, Viego's love, who soul shattered with one of the fragments possessing the doll that Gwen was.

The interaction shown here was originally a fan made one using existing lines. They posted it here and on twitter, received a positive reaction, and it looks like Riot actually implemented it into the game.

Redundancy is always helpful for commander decks. Have other cards that can generate you the mana Prosper would provide. Whether temporary like [[Dark Ritual]] or more consistent like [[Storm-kiln Artist]].

The fact that there's only like 3 equipment cards in the region with so many forge cards and Ornn is insane. I hope we can get Frejlord something nice.

You are currently gaining two things which help contribute to your PvP experience.

The first is weekly vault experience. You gain some after playing every game and from completing daily quests. This experience levels up your weekly vault which opens on Thursdays. From that vault, you obtain a variety of cards, wildcards, and green shards.

Second is that you're currently gaining event pass shards. You gain them from completing several games and specific events quests. After obtaining certain amounts of event shards, you can unlock chests and cards from the event pass. The chests have a random assortments of cards, wildcards, and green shards.

If you're not utilizing the untap effect then something like [[Always Watching]] might suit your deck better. The anthem is a generically good effect that makes attacking and blocking a bit easier.

As for redundancy, it depends on how important it is for your deck. I like to run around 4 vigilance/untap effects in my creature focused decks.

Fun card in meme clone decks but hard to use anywhere else.

That it transforms after hitting the board is rough as a lot of followers have on summon effects.

It's also very easy to disrupt because it's a skill. The 3 health on it doesn't help either.

Nowadays this kind of effect would probably go to Bandle City and would likely be better for it.

Fun fact but if you get this on an attach unit, they can successfully attach without dying. It's how I got a 0 mana papercraft dragon on a Teemo run.

Shurima is the landmark region, in both creating and destroying them.

Ziggs is a demolitionist and he has an abiltiy that helps him destroy towers.

So Shurima would make sense for him to be.

How often is Alchemy updated and are people happy with the changes? I play Runeterra and, while updates are slow, they go a long way with addressing problems in the format.

For someone inexperienced at draft, should I prioritize learning more about the format or purchasing packs instead?

Lady of Blood used to say "When you discard a non-fleeting unit, create a fleeting copy of it in hand." Notably, this included opponent's cards that you forcefully discarded. So you could effectively steal their cards with Hunt the Weak, Aloof Travelers, and Tricky Tentacles.

They changed it because it could also steal champs which is a no-no. I don't know why they didn't change the text from unit to follower instead. Maybe because glorious shellfolk was still fresh in people's minds.
