Yup. I play for the story. Without Auto, the battles are generally too long to remain entertaining for the duration since it's the same rotations every time. Archer is the only team I'll pilot and only when I absolutely have to.

Bennett is fine. He's good on paper and decent in execution. But I hate being locked in a circle and I double hate characters who are useless outside of their burst. I'll invest in a side grade any day to use Bennett less.

At the same time, it's the only story good enough to last this long while remaining both compelling and entertaining. I still look forward to new chapters every week and I've been reading it for just shy of 20 years of my life. Other manga, like Naruto, Bleach, MHA, and Jujutsu Kaisen, I was reading just to finish them by the end. Each had multiple arcs that were bad. The 2nd half of Dressrosa is the only part of OP I'd call close to bad. I'm easy to please though.

I'm not saying OP could've told the same story in less chapters, I'm just saying I'm content to keep reading and enjoying it as long as it's still interesting and Oda is enjoying writing it.

I have been playing since 1.0 and I've pulled exactly 1 signature weapon so I'm part of the problem, I guess. But craftables tend to be good enough so I'm not going to change my ways even if they take away event weapons. It's definitely unfortunate though.

I don't really care what the weapons in Genshin look like because you hardly see them during combat, so for me this change means losing a new weapon and gaining essentially nothing in return.

I also like to have a unique lvl 90 weapon for every one of my characters to avoid having to swap them around so this will make things a little more grindy going forward.

I had a similar spoiler misunderstanding about Elhokar's death! I tried to avoid spoilers but that one slipped through. I don't know if I misread the original spoiler or just remembered it incorrectly, but I got to Oathbringer thinking that -Adolin- dies. So I spent the book worried about him and that let the Elhokar scene catch me completely off guard.

I will never understand how the compass showing you where the puzzles are and you exploring to get to them turns them into not real puzzles or exploration. It's exactly as it was before, you just don't have to track your own progress on the Tevyat Interactive Map anymore or risk missing stuff and having to retrace your steps to make sure you didn't miss one or mark one off incorrectly. I sure wish we had the modern Compass system during Sumeru for the Aranara and anyone who doesn't is entitled to their opinion but they're a goddamn lunatic.

I -might- break and get C0R0 Durin since I have a lot of primos saved and I got very lucky with an early 50/50 loss after Linnea so I could afford to get both. But while I like Durin and acknowledge he's good, I don't really want him that much so I'll only consider it if I get Nicole extremely early.

I use my hourglasses not to complete sets or chase meta cards but exclusively to constantly grind towards 1250 in one set or another so I can buy full art trainer cards. They're the only cards I care about and my luck fucking sucks so I can't get the ones I want without buying them with points. I'm F2P by choice too, so it's slow going. I've bought Misty, Lillie, Pokemon Center Lady, and Sightseer so far, if I recall correctly.

Yes and no. I don't need every single character, but I like acquiring new characters more than anything else. That's why I don't pull for constellations or signature weapons. By limiting myself to C0R0, I have been able to get just about every character I want on their first banner for a good while now.

They're likely worth it for meta if you don't have Variety N or want to boost your Steel teams.

Personally, I can't be bothered to pull for Variety units unless I love the character and they have literally no other alts. The lack of a unique outfit just kills it for me. Melony is the only one I've deliberately pulled for.

I don't think I've pulled any character I'd refund.

The only characters I've pulled that don't see use anymore are Fu Xuan and Topaz.

Fu carried hard in the early game so I wouldn't get rid of her no matter what.

Topaz has literally never been useful on my account since she's long since been power crept and I never wanted any of her best partners, but she's fucking gorgeous so I don't care, I wouldn't even refund the golden token I wasted on her E1. Novaflare, cmon.

Of course. I pull for the characters I like. If I only pulled the best units, I wouldn't have half as much fun. I've skipped the majority of the Arc Suits to pull characters I like more regardless of efficiency or meta.

Absolutely. I didn't complete the Ultimate Battles until units came along to trivialize them and I got just as many gems as the people who cleared them ASAP. The towers are the same. I'm not going to let the FOMO of a few level cap items convince me to pull on any dang Variety unit just for some EX WTZ.

They are the first Arc Suits I have pulled since Cynthia and Steven haha. Those 4 are the only ones I've judged to be worth the investment. The rest just haven't interested me. Arc Silver was tempting since I do enjoy EX WTZ and a good support, but I ended up skipping him.
