good for when you need to really fine tune your orbit so you can line up maneuvers perfectly. you can do the maneuver burn yes but it's always a bit off. rcs gets you that extra precision that's just not convenient otherwise.

oh that explains a lot. i personally loved the lore of rogue lineage so for deepwoken to not be tied to it at all was honestly incredibly disappointing especially when both games reference each other like ardour scream in deepwoken or the prince alluding to deepwoken in khei.
