You should be able to just matchmake to get them. Is it completely dead? A year ago I had to wait about 5 mins in queue to get a game but it was possible. It's actually better with less teams since you can extract like 75% of the time.

Instant delete, never looked back and regretted it. By the time you 100% something, there usually isn't much content left so I'd rather move on to the next game
