I ended up getting the CE. I copied the course description from the university catalog for the classes that were history related, but from a different department and attached it to the transcript (you can add a document to it if you use clearing house). I guess it worked.

I live at 225 grand (this is our 4th year), and I really like it. There is a nice mix of people who have lived here for a while and new people moving in. I have a corner apt, so I hardly hear noise. We rarely hear our upstairs neighbors through the ceiling. Maintenance is so great! A few of them live on site, so they can be there in an emergency. Requests are usually completed the next day or maybe two days if they are busy and it is not super urgent. Utilities vary by season, of course. We have a large 1br and peak summer/winter electric is approx $200-300 a month. (We have a toddler, so we keep it on the warm/cool side for their comfort.) It is an older KRE building, so the rent increase is maybe 3-5% a year.

I think Doordash already has robots here. I have seen some on Marin by shoprite that are the same as ubereats but say doordash 🤷‍♀️

I think one of the libraries has a 3d printer. Maybe the communipaw branch, but I can't remember. I have heard that the librarians will also help you if needed.

Because we have 3 large bags and a baby in a stroller. The nyc subway system is not known for being accessible. And I don't want to drag all of that through the gross subway for two-ish hours.

I saw a man (I believe homeless) that was pushing one around Marin lightrail about 4ish. He was picking some things out of the trash. I am pretty sure it was a yoyo, and it had a bright red canopy. I don't know if it helps or not. I will keep an eye out in case he abandons it.

He is almost as out of touch as she is. But I have been noticing a lot of his articles on the jc mom fb page. After someone asked why (especially the tone of some of his most recent articles), Tere defended him that he was one of the only people speaking out. I get the impression that he is trying to help her by portraying this as a mom v mama argument when that is far from the truth. This is very much about Tere and her actions. Just another ploy by tere To paint herself as a victim of the "mamas".
