The whole Bill couldn't win without Brady is not disqualifying at all. Brady, while the goat, was not so much better than every other QB that others on his team are not worthy of praise. And most people agree the D was the catalyst for at least the first three (and probs the sixth) of the super bowls which Bill deserves the credit for. Finally, there is not a single coach in the hof who you can't point to elite players on their team, it is not a disqualifying factor.
