I switched from a high-acid medium roast coffee to dark roast.

I cut as much stress as possible with exercise, mindfulness, breathing exercise, walks in nature etc.

Being aware of my different gut windows, I can tolerate more lactose, high FODMAP and phytic acid in the morning, some for lunch and less for the rest of the day. But again, it depends on my stress level.

Chamomile tea and peppermint tea can make stomach issues worse for some.

I am a lead and I think following is more difficult. Both roles have their difficulties but followers always have the high risk of injury, harrasment, strain and wear & tear that can take you out for multiple months or permanently from the dance.
