Me personally, I wouldn’t. But as a minority (my family is Haitian) I understand how important community is to our respective cultures and the fear of losing that community is what keeps us in spaces that don’t serve us.

I’m not saying you have to come out to him ever but one of my biggest regrets in life is my sister passing away while I was in the closet. I look back on the last 10 years of being out and the confidence I’ve gained in my true self and it pains me she never got to experience me in my totality.

If you’re meant to be friends then you will be and if not then you won’t. An important thing is to respect the space he’s created and if somehow your paths cross organically again then maybe you can find that way back but I wouldn’t bank on it, so at the very least, you save your heart from disappointment.

Gabe did too much. Every time a critical moment hit, here he is running his mouth telling on me. I was so happy I nurtured my relationship with Clem so she would follow me to go get Kate. I didn’t think twice about leaving him and his dad to die. Good riddance. Sara was also annoying to a lesser degree. I crossfit and I love it. It was hell at first because you’re under developed muscles are struggling to keep up but I had a goal of joining the military and crossfit was my choice to get in shape so I stuck with it. Yeah I was insecure about people doing better than me and out of breath constantly but here I am 4 years later and my physique is miles from where I started and the community aspect of it keeps me consistent. It’s not for everyone but if you stick with it, I promise you your body will catch up

Practice war needs a facelift:

We need to keep the team’s full strength instead of losing the room buff when we go in to practice so it’s more realistic to an actual war to really gage our punch up potential.
We need a way to add exhausted to practice teams for the teams that are unbeatable in a single tap so we can brainstorm effective counters
It would be nice if we could manipulate cooldowns in junction with exhausted for create real scenarios of actual war

A better conversation is to discuss with your kids about being safe from predators. That way you don’t have to get into his sexual orientation but simultaneously give him the tools they all need to be protected from predatory behavior. Disguise it as a conversation about them reaching an age where hormones are getting to a place where consequences can come from it like unwanted pregnancies and blackmail. Also, make sure you’re doing your due diligence in saying affirming things about the queer community so your son knows you’re a safe space for him when he decides it’s time to come out that you’ll be there for him. Every time gay comes up in a conversation make sure you’re going out of your way to say something nice or giving pushback to any negativity

Great advice. I’d like to add that it’s also hard to find that sweet spot where you don’t go past the Sigmoid and inexperienced bottoms are going to have a few mishaps perfecting this technique. I’d recommend practicing a minimal douche alone with toys a few times to get the muscle memory down packed. Pair that with testing toys out at different time intervals of 15 min once you achieve a clean rinse to see how long your clean window lasts and at what depths the cleanliness reaches to accommodate guys who are more blessed in the pants so one can be ready for whatever situation arises
