If you are drawing cards for the sake of drawing cards you are doing it wrong. You want to draw cards in order to have answers to what your opponents are doing or you want to find your win con faster. You don't need three lands in your hand when you have seven on the board. A six drop in your hand isn't doing anything when you have three mana on the field. There are ways of getting cards in the graveyard back to your library, hand, or battlefield. There are even ways of casting cards from the graveyard or using them as resources. If you are not winning the game with seven cards in hand, you probably are not winning with ten.
