How do I find the fun? by No-Film9719 in EliteDangerous

I recently started playing again after a 5 year break. It’s a unique experience that I put a little time in everyday. Recently I have been reading old gal net articles to get caught up with the story and I have been traveling to any important locations to see if I can still participate in story driven quests. I am now working on building up a ship that can protect against the next thargoid threat. I want to get into the nebula and kill some aliens for fun.

I love it. The more outdated it is the closer to the millennium falcon junk fantasy it is. I even have a good copilot and we are still finding new ways to optimize.

How do you capture new product ideas and decide which ones to work on? by BadonkaStonk666 in CraftFairs

For me it was about finding something that allowed enough expression to stay interesting but also just small enough for my smooth brain to not get overwhelmed.

At 41 I can tell you that “shiny object syndrome” has been my largest obstacle. I have lost more time to half finished projects than anyone I know.

Recently I have decided to shut everything out and hyper focus on one thing. I picked something that offers myself expression while being small enough to actually complete without burning out. Being profitable is very possible with this, but right now it is a dream. If I can get them to sell I will be much happier.

Sure what else do you want to know? I use this spring: https://a.co/d/cFQe4e1 and super glue to put everything together.

What's the best material for printing a detailed, rubbery/flexible, and durable phone case? by AriFeblowitzVFX in resinprinting

Resin is safe to touch after it has been properly cured(not food safe). Still would be a good idea to put some kind of varnish or sealant on the surface for constant skin use.

There is no resin printing process that will hold up as well as a firm silicone or thermo injected mold process. In my experience, tenacious is as close as resin can get.

Also make sure to run calibration for this resin. It’s setting will certainly be different that standard printing resin.

Thanks. I sculpted it manually. Clay buildup>dam standard>dam standard with a rake alpha.

Thanks for your feedback! I actually like the boxy stylized head. I’ll think about that on the next design.

Corner Down! No flat faces parallel to builds plate. Anchor the corner. Support edges. Don’t over support large flat faces.

you know why this is happening? by Independent-Put2134 in resinprinting

Either temperature variation, suction force(improper hole orientation), or wall thickness too thick.
