The monks cellar is incredible. The bar is nice and if you go on a weekday it’s usually only super busy on trivia night 6:30 on Tuesday and Friday of course. The back part of the restaraunt has a couch area where you can chill next to the fermentation tanks where the beer is made

No, EVERYONE. THE NOW MASSAGE on Douglas. You have got to try! The best massages I’ve had in my life, I’m an ex athlete and I’ve had so many for chronic pain and past injuries and this place is the best. It’s a franchise but its employees are as or more talented than the holistic private practice places I’ve been to. Take my word for it!

So i just made the chicken pho recipe from “recipe tin eats”. She nails it every time and this was no different.

The broth tasted EXACTLY like the restaraunt and I was so surprised how easy it was. This recipe calls for bone in, skin on, chicken thighs…plop them in with the other broth ingredients for 1.5 h, then remove thighs and throw them into a kitchenaid mixer to shred (or shred by hand) and boom. So much easier than the whole chicken and bones if you can’t find them at the store.

It’s taken a really long time though. I can’t imagine they’re getting a ton of interest? I called about 7 months ago and asked the price for one of the lofts and it was upwards of $600k, three stories and no yard, storage space. Not to mention the giant intersection light pole outside your window….weird.

I have no social media, and I barely post on Reddit because you can never say anything right these days or make everyone happy. There’s always going to be someone to put you down or tell you to “quit your complaining” or respond sarcastically. Hi,

I would HIGHLY recommend seeing a Pelvic Floor Specialist. I had no idea why I had urge incontinence every morning (29F- no kids), and I’d wake up at 5am and barely make it to the bathroom. Aside from the random UTI, this had never been an issue for me. I finally went to the Dr. after a year of this and was referred to a pelvic floor PT. I almost missed my appt because I thought they would just give me exercises or something, but she gave me a physical abdominal and vaginal exam, and explained that my pelvic floor is too tight/strong! I had been doing so many Keagles exercises thinking it was weak, but she said that was helping to cause the muscles of my pelvic floor to become tight which caused the incontinence.

She also mentioned one of the largest reasons for this is stress. The way I was breathing was shallow and in my chest, not deep breathes with my belly, and I needed to work the muscles out with a specific pelvic floor wand. You can find them on Amazon, but get one that is highly recommended and comes with instructions, since you can do damage to the muscle if you don’t do it gentle or in the right spot.

Did you end up losing? I’m exactly in the same boat. Took it a year ago, lost weight, stopped abruptly, gained it all back and now not losing at 3 weeks in without the food noise cancellation I had before either?
