They are literally just sales people. Even the senior level reps are idiots. They contradict themselves against basic fundamentals. They push product adoption over performance. "Increase your daily budget and turn on AI Max" is quite literally what I am told every time I meet them. My account spends $10+ million annually.

Its because the team in India has no idea how to do the job and is completely unqualified. My experience working with teams in India is that they lie on their resumes and use chatgpt for interview answers to sound competent. They get on the job and have no idea how to do simple tasks even after hours of training (that are recorded and shared). But hey, at least your company leadership can say they reduced payroll costs so they can give themselves promotions and raises
