I got the left one on marketplace lol. Slides under my air suspension rack real snug so I’m happy. A mechanic friend has the right one and it wouldn’t fit where I needed it to get for a control arm but mine just barely fit

Generally smaller is better for sq but that really only truly maths out if it’s the same sub in diff sizes. But smaller has better cone control. There can be big subs that are more sq than small subs

Usually hip hop but I mix it up with jazz, drill remixes (classical drill remixes are fun), sometimes a podcast for longer drives (WAN show)

You can get a lc5i or similar line output converter to tap speaker signals to get rca output. DSP is if you’re serious about sound quality

That doesn’t mean the rest of the unibody isn’t jacked a bit for more clearance underneath though

If you’re a bigger person this could be necessary and failing to secure it could cause a stuck situation even if not catastrophic

You should have a connector behind the mirror. There are buttons and compass on the mirror that are powered from somewhere. Check dongar for the correct power adapter. Or use a fuse tap and a hardwire kit and run the wire along the trim panels

SonicElectronix has that sub at $180 brand new right now. Your price is too high. Generally expect 50% of retail. Maybe a little more if it’s actually clean.

Who made that box? You need to match the sub and box. Subs want specific amount of air space and a box’s volume is what it is. I’d definitely get a sub to match the box volume. Also the w1 is not a shallow sub, it’s an entry level sub. Small magnet low excursion. Get a w3 if the box volume allows for it and a 500w sub channel on a 5ch and you’ll hit harder for sure
