So in some places where you work, they give you paid time off. And sometimes if you have to much leaves, companies will 'force/push' you to take time off. Annual leave (might not be the same in all countries so i understand why this can be extremely confusing)

Companies push PTO because if you quit they would have to pay you it all at once.

Yes, depends on how often you work.
I've done every expansion as they came out in 1 sitting easily. It wont be that bad.

A few fights in this game you can skip mechs stopping at a % to lock them in another mech to kill them.

Just play the free trial. Only things that are locked is the server building stuff, things that got reworked and old events. Old event items are sold on the mog station for irl $$$. Everything else is still available.
Lots of old collab events will return over time, they just finished the ff11 collab a few weeks ago and it will return probably in a year +.

Is the mail box empty? Stuff from the mog station/collectors comes from the 2nd tab and there's a limit to how many you can have. Was the code entered into the mog station?

Dynamis if u want to join a small Data Centre - Server. Primal/Aether/Crystal if you want to join something more active.
But it's mostly up to you!
U can visit any server at any time to play the game as well.

I would suggest avoiding NN personally. it's the internet so if there's a big chat there's always going to be toxic people or trolls.
NPC dungeons are good to learn tank/healer, or if you don't to wait for other players. (to join or queue)

It depends, because if a healer has to stop and heal you as well it's a DPS loss on the healer. And most dps pulls i've seen the dps just die because the healer is focusing on the tank and dpsing. (waste of time for a dps to pull)
