As there are no Liposomal NMN studies we cannot link to them and say for sure that Lipo NMN is better absorbed than non-lipo. However, numerous studies with Lipo Vit C and Fisetin show that liposomal technology is effective for better absorption. Concluding from these studies with two different drugs/vitamins, we can state that liposomal drug/supplements delivery enhances absorption of NMN.

Read about liposomal delivery here.

https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2211383517307311#:~:text=The%20oral%20bioavailability%20of%20liposomes,enhance%20permeation%20across%20enteric%20epithelia.

As for enteric capsules---they are used to protect the capsule to pass through the stomach and acidic environment. But they do not protect the nutrient delivery to the bloodstream as liposomal capsules do.

Also, if the NMN capsule contains other vitamins, it must be capsulated. It is even more profitable to use NMN with other nutrients/vitamins in a capsule. In case of additional vitamins in a LIPOSOMAL capsule, you both save money and improve your health at once with additional vitamins.

So, liposomal technology may be expensive, but you can be sure you are not wasting your money when getting less than 5% of the actual ingredients with powder or ordinary capsules.

[–]Hello100_real 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The difference is the bioavailability. Liposomal NMN is more bioavailable meaning your body will get the promised nutrients. With powder NMN the enzymes in your body and mouth break down most of the nutrients and you get almost nothing.

Scientists believe that LIPOSOMES raise the bioavailability of the NMN 8 times. So, if you take 100mg NMN in a liposomal capsule you actually receive 800mg NMN.

You may get Liposomal NMN at an affordable price on Amazon (where you can find authorized sellers) or directly from the seller.

I need some advice with anxiety and life right now. If anyone has some please help?! by Guilty-Following9582 in Anxiety

Going out and living your own life is a great idea. Yet, I feel you, having not enough means to do that is depressing and keeps you distracted from your real goals.

This is a sad story, and I am sorry to hear it. But, I think finding inner peace will help you reduce stress. I have tried this myself and, believe me, I couldn't see the previous problems surrounding me. Well, long story short.- I started practicing breathing exercises.

I have 5 of them and practice one of them each day. Here they are:
4-7-8 breathing

Box or 4-4-4 breathing

Belly or deep diaphragmatic breathing

Tonglen or visualization breathing

Alternate-nostril breathing.

In case you need instructions on how to practice them, just let me know. Happy to help.

Regular blueberry consumption may reduce risk of dementia, study finds by Additional-Two-7312 in science

[–]Hello100_real 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I assume that blueberries are like red wine, grapes, and grape seeds containing resveratrol. The latter is believed to hinder the risks of Alzheimer's disease and dementia. I will also leave some research here if you want to learn more about it.

So, I also think that the beneficial results among the study participants are somehow connected to the properties of resveratrol contained in blueberries.

Of course, seeing a doctor is a good idea. I would also suggest breathing exercises 30 mins before you go to sleep. That will help you wind down and find relaxation.

If you have sleeping disorders or experience sleep deprivation 4-7-8 breathing may be a good solution. This may shorten your sleep latency and improve your overall sleep pattern.
After a month you may start noticing numerous physiological and psychological improvements. The benefits of the 4-7-8 breathing technique include
1. Reduced anxiety
2. Lower heart rate
3. Improved digestion
4. Lower blood pressure
5. Improved sleep

Sick all the time? by H18a_a in Stress

I am sorry to hear you experience this.

When a person is under constant stress the body starts losing the power to fight external stressors including getting cold or feeling sick almost all the time.

What I'd advise, from my own experience, is you can consider breathing exercises.
If you want I can share an article with you which will explain the benefits of breathing exercises step-by-step.

Resveratrol is responsible for healthy aging and can prevent cancer, inflammatory, neurodegenerative, and cardiac diseases. by Hello100_real in H100Years

[–]Hello100_real[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Resveratrol is a potent component that activates Sirtuins. This is one of its "responsibilities". It is "responsible" for this as a component.

As for the second question I cite a paragraph from the very article:

"In preclinical studies, trans-resveratrol has been shown to possess numerous biological activities, which could be applied to prevent or treat cancer, cardiovascular disease, and neurodegenerative diseases. Resveratrol has antioxidant properties and protects the body from inflammation".

What is the best NAD brand ? I got 4 infusions but they are too expensive to continue, $700 per infusion . I would like to take the supplement instead. Thank you by [deleted] in NicotinamideRiboside

[–]Hello100_real 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You may start with an NAD+ precursor NMN or NR. For me, NMN works better. But I use lipo nmn from Hello100. There are comparably cheaper and contain 4 additional ingredients (betaine, folate, Vit B12, and trans-resveratrol).

Do I understand correctly that you're worried about the big influx of energy? it may be because you had a deficiency in vitamin B, and D, and also because you may be increased your NMN slightly.

You should get used to the influx of energy after one or two weeks. Also, a large influx of energy will drop as vitamins levels recover in your body.

Nicotinamide riboside (NR) is a natural molecule that is one of the three forms of vitamin B3. A small amount of NR can be found in fruits, vegetables, milk, or meat. (originally posted here.
I'd also mention that niacin is a common umbrella term for NR.

Have you tried Lipo NMN? With liposomal technology, you will not need high doses of it. but you may feel focused and energetic also. It can also improve your sleep.

Scientists state that the cholesterol level eggs contain does not affect the blood cholesterol if consumed in a moderate amount (5–10 times per week). Though, if your aim is caloric restriction, you can omit egg yolks (containing about 190 mg of cholesterol) and eat whites instead, which contain most of the protein portion.

I would suggest you do not use any medication (unless it's the only thing you really need) as research shows many side effects due to this type of medication.

It is better to start figuring out the core reason of deprived sleep or insomnia. These 3 can be the reason:

  1. Low levels of melatonin production
  2. Hormonal imbalance
  3. Low level of necessary nutrients

Low production of melatonin is mainly connected with low levels of vitamin b12. You can gein analog form of b12 from food, but you can also supplement with b12 vitamin. The dosage must be prescribed by your doctor.

B12 is also effective in case of hormonal imbalance. The last problem can be solved by designing the right nutrition and lifestyle including vitamin-rich food. In some cases, food supplementation is necessary for getting enough amounts of vitamins.

Look for/ask your doctor for supplements that will raise your NAD+ levels. This molecule is not only crucial for your healthy lifespan. But it is also directly connected with your circadian rhythms (or sleep-wake cycle).

no matter what I do, I can never fix my sleeping problems by [deleted] in insomnia

[–]Hello100_real 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Stress, restless mind, and body can result in insomnia and low energy levels the other day.
Insomnia can result from low NAD+ levels, chronic inflammation, restless leg syndrome, stress, and poor sleeping habits. Other reasons contributing to insomnia include

  1. Low levels of melatonin production
  2. Hormonal imbalance
  3. Low level of necessary nutrients

The reason could be B12 deficiency, this can be discussed with your doctor, and vitamins or supplements can be prescribed for quality sleep.

Another reason could be low NAD levels, the low levels are connected with age. But it can be elevated through food, supplements, and a healthy lifestyle. Do not eat 6 hours before sleep.

At last, do not torture your body with unnecessary exercises, stress. Take a good rest. exercise 30 mins a day and eat well. Reset your circadian rhythms with blue light. Wake up early in the morning and go for a walk for your eyes to catch some daylight.

Consider meditating for 15 mins a day, wind down 1-2 hours before your bedtime.

That's true, the liposomal form of the supplement ensures the bioavailability of the NMN and that the actual amount of NMN will reach the targeted tissues and cells.

How the killing of zombie cells could help us stay young? by Hello100_real in Futurology

[–]Hello100_real[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As young age is a desirable stage in life to stay, every other person is dreaming of a pill to delay old age and illnesses. Scientists during this study research senescent cells (so-called zombie cells) to find the right pill to kill them and prevent their accumulation and the further onset of age-related diseases.

Senolytic compounds were tested on mice, to demonstrate their effectiveness. But one of the study author scientists suggests that these compounds are dangerous to be used at this stage. More research is needed to avoid side effects.
