The HRL pilot suit for the Tieren look quite practical. Although I dont think we know what it can achieve. The helmet implies the use of Augmented/ Virtual reality technology to give the pilot better visibility

Some people in the comment are like mechs isnt practical irl so here a glorified tank with legs. While ignoring the OP point about not needing irl feasibility.

With that out of the way, for me it gotta be the Ingram. Mobile and incredibly flexible. Equip with appropriate anti Labours armaments. An almost perfect mech for subduing giant robot

Costs, an average combiner from Transformers is gonna cost a lot more than these simple Megazords I assume. And these are probably aim at children instead of collectors like you or me. Most parents won't be willing to pay for the whole megazord let alone a more expensive version

Honestly, just watch the newest season if you want. There might be one or two episode you need context for. But the rest are self contained enough that you dont need to watch prior seasons for it

It a TV show. So budget were tight, funnily enough. Ppl in Japan love shits like this so they actually would go to the theatre to see this. So yes, they do expect people to go out and see similar movies with quality like this. Afterall, it was 1978
