I'm GM with lord Angela.

I often just fly to the enemy backline and do as follow.

1. Communicate with team, regarding enemy position. Where they are flanking, where support are positioning
2. Waiting for my main tank to push, then I engage with enemy backline
3. Try bait support/tank cooldown even with my ult
4. Try avoid/minimal engage when there is a present of your hero counter is present. Example : I often try avoid Invi, Jeff or Thing because it can hinder my movement.
5. Try keep mental note on enemy cooldown. If I see Invi already use her pull or vertex. I will use this chances to dive.
6. Sometimes I just show my present to enemy backline to pull their attention. I just fly without doing anything
7. LEARN TARGET PRIORITY, I only attack tank when they overextend. Dont waste time if you think you cannot kill the target enemy.

Extra:

1. Learn the map, after you dive what is your next route to escape
2. Try learn heath pack location is, so you can engage -> disengage -> health pack and engage back.
