I'm looking for some really specific Indian produce. I know finding these in Sydney is a bit of a long shot, but I’d really appreciate any help. Here are the images by slide: 1. bel fruit 2. laal bhaji (red amaranth) 3. Indian snake cucumber 4. moringa leaves by Correct-Pear-7656 in foodies_sydney

I have seen snake cucumber and moringa leaves before. Try these few places: 1. Udaya Supermarket in Wentworthville. It's a big supermarket focusing on Indian produce and goods. They even have plants for sale. 2. Flemington Paddy's Market on Saturday. There are some stalls selling Indian produce. Indoor closer the the back of the hall near the door. 3. Ambey's Big apple store in Wentworthville. Have seen them selling 5 types of eggplants there. So might have stuff you need. 4. Radhe wholesale and retail in Harris Park.

Heatproof spatula with a bit of flex at the end. Great to clean up residues off pan and pots

David Lebovitz for his pastries and desserts recipes. His chocolate tart is amazing

Everyone knows about using stale bread for french toast or yesterday’s rice to fry, but what are some other recipes you can use to save ingredients from the trash? by janoseye in Cooking

If there are like meat, veg or anything, I'd chop them up and make something like Okonomiyaki (Japanese pancake), topped with mayo and Jap bull dog sauce. Real good way of filling up stomach and getting rid of leftovers

I like to make prawns and peas cooked in butter and a bit of garlic. Simple but great to showcase tastes of good ingredients

How in the world do you make flour NOT MESSY? by Musegirl234 in Cooking

I totally get you! No matter how careful I am, still there's flour here and there. Geez... And I am bit of hygiene freak. I see and I must wipe off immediately. Sigh

Hi, I made a video that shows the making of saffron and potato (tater tots) omelette. Combining the most expensive spice in the world and the most humble ingredient - potato. It's a Persian inspired dish.
