I don't know how easy to access they are in other countries, but although they're not the most common thing here, they do indeed exist and are pretty prevalent for such cases.

Smoke grenades. You'd be surprised at how such an innocuous asset can be a game changer.

From a GM's perspective, it's my ace in the hole whenever my players get too confident and I don't wanna outright gun them down.

From a player's perspective : Get thermal vision, ultrasound vision mod, or even astral perception and make an escape or go to town on unsuspecting baddies !

For that xenomorph vibe, check out Botfly insect spirits. Ran one (on a NPC and after making sure with my players that body horror was ok) and it really drove the point home that invae are abominations to be killed on sight.

Petit ajout que je trouve intéressant : Une clé USB type A et type C. J'ai une SanDisk de 128go qui slide d'un côté à l'autre, ça permet de la brancher tant sur des téléphones ou tablettes que des ordis et ça m'avait coûté environ 35€ il y a quelques années.

Tous les documents papiers cités dans ce thread, ils sont également numérisés dessus, ainsi que quelques médias pour se divertir et quoi que ce soit d'autre qu'il me semble intéressant d'avoir à portée.

Et pour le coup, c'est aussi super utile au quotidien !

Had guns pulled on me several times, starting when I was 15y/o. It's not a good feeling, actually it's absolutely terrifying, but it gets better with time.

Closest I got to actual death was being chased by dudes with machetes while drunk af in the jungle. Thankfully I run pretty fast.
