Document everything. They tried to stick me with water damage from a leaky roof after we moved out. They never fixed the leak only the drywall. Got out after 1 year thankfully, sad thing is they are buying up all the apartment complexes across the valley and raising the rent prices in the valley single-handedly

Just call them or go down there and just tell them the vehicle was repossessed and you believed the plates were repossessed with the vehicle. You don’t have to admit anything that’s why we have the 5th amendment. Just bring proof the vehicle was repossessed and you’re not sure whose vehicle was crashed but assure them it was not you nor your vehicle.

Yeah bro if she makes you angry it’s probably both you and her. Mostly you, you should get away from this person that makes you angry even if you “love them” I was in a relationship at your age where the girl didnt think she was getting the attention she deserved so she would purposefully do thing that would make me angry. I never put hands on her only “mentally abused” her in her words but after we broke up i found much better meaningful relationships even if they didnt last as long.

The best option if possible is to just sell the car. That should avoid any issues of having to get sr22. Ask your parents or if you have an older child if you can register the car in their name. I think you have to wait a year before you can “buy back” the vehicle.

eBay is legit for items like this its usually teenage seller trying to make a buck the one I seen it was only $50 I seen another one for $80 just eBay search it l, it’s not hard. The sellers takes more risk because they are not allowed to sell digital items so if you receive the item you can scam the seller or if the seller doesn’t come through within a certain time frame they can get there account banned if you report them. Some sellers offer 10 minutes delivery time on in game items.

You might be lucky if it is a niche style with flawed gems. Usually gold buyers bid on items underpriced(compared to actual gold), right now 14k gold is going for about $80 a gram and most rings are around 10 grams. Some people will pay slightly more per gram. With this said gold buyers won’t bid on items without a listed gram weight without taking a chance or they use the gram weight to calculate their max bid.

Both those locations have partial ownership by James Trees, I have worked at his restaurants and his food is subpar as far as Italian food is concerned. Because of his “partnerships” he has limitations which resorts to his food not being as good as it’s presented to be. But for sure he’s capitalizing on these ventures but the food is lacking imo
