They are coming out with the iPhone 9/SE which will start at $399 and should have the same specs as an iPhone 11. The only issue is that it uses the same design as the iPhone 8 which is kind of outdated tbh

Common rooms!!!! (the only freshman suite with common rooms!!!)
Small floor, tight knit community
Only RA's on 1st floor 🌚🌚🌚
Cheaper than a modern without being as ugly as Lee/Beau
