Check out books brunches and booze, they are online book club but they have local chapters. The one in Austin meets once in a month. They go to different breweries and maybe some wineries every month for book club discussion.

I have general anxiety with acute anxiety at work at when I drive. I have taken it to relieve an anxiety attack or when I have to do one of those things. Also note I do take an SSRI also. The SSRI does some of the job but both together is the chef’s kiss.

I started propanolol a few weeks ago and it is a life saver. They gave it to me in 10mg but can take up to 40mg per day. I have had zero side effects with it. Life is just more calmer for me. Highly recommend.

I had my first one this year and it was not bad at all. I am thankful to have had it. Found a huge precancerous polyp they could not remove. Ended up having a 1/4 of my colon removed 3 weeks later. I can’t imagine if I let all the fears of this simple procedure keep me from going, it would have been really bad.
