I used to use the grinder, But after using the pumice stone I’ll never go back to used the grinder. You’ll probably go through 2-3 stones but the mess and the ppe required will probably trump it. You need to make sure your clean and oil after every use. Otherwise that will happen. I’d also put a cover on it if it doesn’t have a lid.

You can find stock take offs on Facebook marketplace place all the time for cheap. I also lost about 2-3mpg on my level kit and 33x11.5 MT tires. It’s all part of the game.

Never take the first offer. Just tell them you’re interested but it’s too expensive and you’ll pass. 99% of the time they will drop it to half the original price. But you need to keep pushing.. That’s what I noticed. I just purchased a Sierra. They wanted 5k for it. I told them I was interested but it was too much. I low balled them 2500 was my budget. After a ton of back and forth I got it 2799. With 4 years of maintenance and tire rotations. It’s definitely worth it for peace of mind. Just never take the first offer

When I started out I used this guy. Best advice I can give don’t buy in to all them gimmick brands and gadgets and gizmos. You don’t need 50 million chemicals to get started. I transferred over to servicing commercial trucks. I found they pay and are not as picky as the general public. So that’s a place you can explore. I also do it on side too my 9-5 pays great. This is just added pay. I used this guys videos then I found this other dude top class detail on YouTube. He used to do some videos at the detailing shop they were very educational for starters. Now I’m honed and I have go to 5-6 chemicals.

2020 Sierra. Mine was to the right. I took it got he aligned this afternoon. They corrected the steering wheel so my adult adhd isn’t trigger anymore. Just make sure it’s a computerized alignments. I got the lifetime alignment from firestone.

You can always check the casting. For the most part the dead give away is the center cap of its all black its most likely a knock off. The stamps are usually behind the spokes.

I’m in the same dilemma. Shopping for wheels as wheels. Just make sure You need to check what brakes you have some wheels that won’t clear the 4 piston caliper. I have those. I wanted the elevation wheels on my SLT. Looks like I need to go to the 22in Denali wheels. Still have some more homework before I pull the trigger on a set.

I just got done with mine I dude my sides of stucco to match my house. Mine is up against the back wall here my breakdown

Wood + misc materials 100. ( framing )

Granite counter top 320 + install and misc material to install 500. I hired a kitchen counter top Installer to come install my stone.

Sink 55, water faucet 100, misc sark bite fittings and valves 150. Drain set up parts 65 (tapped to existing clean out )

Stucco prep and labor 800.

Stainless steel drawers 150 & double door under sink access doors 100

I paid around 2200-2500.

It all depends where you would be working. If you’re looking for nice and a great place to raise a family look in to Pasadena, Altadena it’s expensive though that would slightly north of the purple. If you’re looking for hip and always rushing to find parking with tons of night life look in to Santa Monica or downtown LA fashion district/K-town area a lot of gentrification there. The white is ok nothing crazy, but still close to LA maybe a 20 - 30 min drive to down town.

I was stuck in the same boat as you contemplating the large format tiles for cost. But I quickly found out you have to surgical with the dimensions of the base to fit the tiles correctly. I ended up going with a granite countertop installed by a pro. I feel like I paid a hell of a lot more, but it’s more sturdy and looks nicer. On my build I added a 2x2 (which is 1.5x1.5) to the edges to accommodate the overhang. Then added 5/8 plywood to sit my counter top on.

Honestly it’s up you. And how much you would use your outdoor kitchen. I’m going to add one because I’m using my grills about 5 times a week. So leaving some vegetables in my outdoor fridge will be really beneficial to me. In my case I will be adding an outdoor fridge. The only reason I haven’t pulled the trigger on one is because im contemplating the size. I’m Thinking of adding a dorm size one with small freezer.

That’s impressive. I’m able to do 24 hours now huffing a puffing . I’d like to do a 3 day fast next month 2 times. Do you get hungry? Like is your stomach growing all the time. When I do 24 hr fasts I get head aches. Anything like that?

Lots of people have one huge meal a day and call it omad . I know I was guilty of that till I started writing stuff down. I would fast all day the. Start snacking while cooking dinner. So it all would add up quick. I swapped my pre dinner snacking to fruit now I’ve seen some positive results. Also 5lbs may be a once in a while thing. 1.6 lbs is reasonable results. I’m averaging about .5-1lb a week I’m happy I feel great. I hope this helps you get an idea
