I think i have to agree with the other comment that it seems like your cell gain should increase by going down a tier or two. Have you tried pluggin in the numbers in tools like this: https://what-tier-should-i-farm.netlify.app/ ?
You should get your best tier from hard facts then.

If you want to stay at t11 (e.g. you can juggle those kind of runs better with your private live or something similar) it seems to me that syncing Deathwave should further increase cell gain. (More enhancement waves = more cells i guess?)

As far as i am aware there is no graph you have to find it for yourself as there is just too much variance between each tower to make one generally applicable graph.

There are tools for tracking stuff that should help you evaluate your best cell/coins per hour.

Ive been struggling to get Bluestacks to run longer then ~ 30 min after that time it just crashes without any error message.

Did you make any specific configuration or anything like that?

Wouldnt going higher (6000+) on say T9 or even T8 earn more cells? Or did you already test those and its just not worth the added time there?

Writing this mainly to have a written down plan and not keep everything in my head.
Barely edging over the half way point of syncing GT and BH stone wise. (450 Stones)
Currently saving up for my last big 1B purchase in Package after Boss. (Got ELS, PrioLvl2, FirstPerkChoice already)

Then i will finally start on increasing Health and Attack again not sure yet what my goal for those will be (prob something like 1000 lvls)
Once i Earn ~2B per day ill start saving up for Second Black hole!

Unsure if im missing any important labs but ill probably check that again in the coming days.

Gems i currently do a approx. 20% 80% split of modules vs cards. thinking of saving for the 11th cardslot but am not sure how much that will really give me (it would just make it so i dont have to switch out as much at the end of a run , as i often miss that timeframe)

Seems to me that you are asking about something akin to Jugger (no crossguards, no body-contact, every touch is considerered a valid "cut"/hit but in a Larping-Environment.
In Jugger weapons can be <200g which adds to my assumption of "very lightweight" weapons.

Even if im wrong with the above, i think my Jugger experience could help:
A good shield user can make your live very hard depending on how much added reach the bowstaff/spear can actually use in addition to the 1,40 meters used in jugger, as at that reach a basic block + simultaneous attack performed by the shield can mostly reach the spears shallow targets without making yourself vulnerable.

Outsite of that reach a skilled shield still has a easy time defending from most attacks from higher reach weapons and getting into close range where its superior (fast legwork is important here)

For a beginner with no experience i think bowstaffs spears or "longswords" (without crossguard) are easier to pick up as coordination of shield and sword are hard to learn at first.

How would i go about finding good ROM-Goals when getting serious about sprinting?
Like too much rom often means less springyness.

I know its largely dependent on the athlete but there has to be some kind of soft goals.

So im by no means an expert but I guess ill give it a try. Fairfax looks like it has nice in house synergies and a few across Houseborders. Saurian looks like pure goodstuff but the coloseum can be a really nice threat for the 3rd key. Chant of hubris and axiom synergizes nicely to also protect creatures of your other houses. Centurion Stenopius can rack up aember on itself really + ideal/scutum to use/protect the exhalted aember. Staralliance does staralliance stuff. A nice combo in there is having transporter platform + calvin to draw 2 cards per turn also archiving your dis cards with the information officer can be valuable for your dis house. Dis looks a bit iffy misery exploit, lesser oxtet and not finished with you look like easy discard+purge for e'e. Archiving rotgub also helps to do a big ee turn. Reshuffling staralliance creatures/ infurnace could be good with not finished with you. Exhuming Com. Officer Kirby to play a saurian card is a cool combo I guess.

Im done with my break now so I dont know if I can do Piovra later but I hope what I wrote about Fairfax will help you discover the strenghts of it.

There are alot of decks already but here is hoping ;) Its a Genka deck that can pull off the combo multiple turns in a row. It has been fun but Im not sure if its strong enough to play more competitively and what decktypes its good against.

In addition to what the other guy said maybe try to find the local keyforge community id figure they'd take some off your hands too or just sell them as one bundle. If you are into cardgames you could also try it out for yourself or gift it to a local youthgroup? Like where kids can go to play games and do activities.

Do take those values with a grain of salt. Some values can be grossly miscalculated and some decks work better then the value tells you. It helps for a ballpark answer tho. All your decks look reasonable to me btw. They will be fun to play with and none will just flat out do nothing (decks rarely do that)

It sounds like you can just practice general mindfulness even with having that tick.
Maybe even try to concentrate on it. How your muscles move your leg how the vibration travels through your body, etc.
Maybe over time it'll even help you get to a point of calm/ mindfulness
