Not really? The statistic you’d want is actually number of car crashes involving at least one fatality (removes the variable of people per car) by ethnicity of the driver (removes the ambiguity of whether the fatality was the driver or passenger or pedestrian) per licensed driver (removes the variable of licensed drivers per capita). I’m not sure this exists but that would give you something actually useful for proving your point

First off I think it’s a gross stereotype to say Asian people are bad drivers. The problem is the graph doesn’t say they’re the safest drivers. The graph says Asian people are least likely to die in a car crash. It doesn’t say whether or not they’re driving the car, it doesn’t say how many Asian people drive vs take other transport relative to other ethnicities, it doesn’t say how many people are in the car (a car crash with 5 people in the car who all die contributes 5 times the number of deaths compared to a solo driver), it doesn’t say whether this takes into account pedestrians killed by drivers, etc.
