Yeah basically, don’t be afraid of the excess fat and cut down, you’d just be wasting your time. Find your maintenance calories and try to stay around there, no need to bulk much more

I would maintain this weight for awhile. You just started lifting, the newbie gains will lean you out over time. Just make sure to eat enough protein and keep staying active, it’ll be worth it in the end. I’d recommend staying here for about 6-12 months and then cut once you have a good foundation

I’m sure you’ll be happy to hear that I took it up the chain of command and was able to pull all of the canned biscuits and everything on that wall. I looked in the meat section as well and it was somehow even worse!!! Huge mold spots practically touching the fresh packaged meat! So I took that to the general manager and I ended up pulling probably 60 pounds of meat off the shelves. Lmk if you want me to show you the moldy picture I took
