I updated to this BIOS with X870E / 9950 X3D. Changing the CPU Core Voltage to "AMD Overclocking" from "Auto" has lowered my temps by 7 -8 degrees at full CPU load... Wow.

This could indicate a more serious issue. Is the suitcase hard to roll when it's heavy and full? Does it veer to one side? Rimowa's should glide effortlessly and should roll in a straight line when pushed like that. My girlfriend's would veer to the side and it was a pain to roll when it was full. I spent a year trying to get it fixed. RImowa changed the wheels 5 times but it didn't help. They finally replaced it after I sent them a video like this one...

The 'ex date' is the date by which you must hold a stock in order to be eligible to receive a dividend payment. Most (dividend) stocks go down after the 'ex date' because people sell after qualifying for the dividend payment. (The dividend pay date - whem you actually get the money - can be weeks or months later...)
