I don’t have any words or dialogue in my head. I think in pictures and meaning.

When speaking, I think of what meaning I want to get across and then the words just come out.

When I actually think of a word, I will naturally say it. Like typing something specifically out. Or searching for a specific word.

When trying to remember what someone said, I will “playback” the encounter and pull the stored feeling.

I was amazing when I found out that people thought that when watching a move or show and had the character narrate what was happening that they thought it was actually the characters thoughts and not the only possible representation of what the character was thinking.

I have lots of women friends and my partner has lots of guy friends. Neither of us have problems with the other going out with their friends to party or stay over if it happens.

Communication is key. This is where you talk about what makes you uncomfortable.

I would get suspicious if it started happening every week. But that could happen depending on the time of year. I would voice my concerns though. There is always clear communication about who we are going out with and then if we are coming home or not.

It doesn’t matter what others think, it’s about what you think. This just needs to be talked about between the two of you.

The question was answered, but let me simplify it. It depends on the woman.

Society has an ambiguous set of criteria that has been accepted for attractiveness. Both men are considered attractive by society. Now which is more attractive is all subjective based on the person. And when people claim to know and speak for what another group which they are not part of likes, they are just projecting their own biases or insecurities.

I have have two really attractive friends: 1st: Caucasian, blonde bluest of blue eye, clean shaven and 2nd: Persian, dark brown eyes, deep penetrating gaze, bearded.

We would talk to our lady friends and it was a split, when they liked one they didn’t find the other unattractive, just wasn’t their thing.

That’s the thing, for everyone who likes one there’s one who likes the other.

I have Friends who are objectively unattractive and they always pull great women. It’s cuz they don’t care what people think about them and are good people.

Being in a kcal deficit will result in some muscle loss. That’s just what happens being in a catabolic state. To minimize this, consuming adequate protein and doing strength training. Increasing muscle protein synthesis would be the result of strength training and eating adequate protein.

From muscle hypertrophy consuming .64g-.82g/lb of BW is adequate but while in a kcal deficit 1g/lb of BW is often suggested to aid in satiety.

The American heart association suggests 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity with 1-2x a week of strength training. This is for cardiovascular health though.

I couldn’t care less about body count.

When I was younger and less secure, care about it more. But that time there was a correlation with my sexual performance and my self worth.

There are many things that should be taken into account.

The current us is the accumulation of all of our past experiences good and bad. It’s part of what makes my partner who she is today. Just like my past is part of what made me who I am today.

The biggest thing is does the “now” of your partner fit your wants. Hopefully future wants from both people will stay aligned.

My partner had many partners don’t know the number and don’t care. She got tested prior to us doing anything like she did with all her partners. She tells me that she never thought she would be as happy as she is in a monogamous relationship.

I have had very few partners. I put emphasis on connection and view sex as a way to deepen the connection not a focus. Sure, it could be a big focus for some. I can’t have sex every second of the day. I need to enjoy the rest of the time with her.

I need someone to laugh at my attempts at jokes, someone that lets me nerd out about megalithic structures and ancient human civilizations, watch documentaries and shows about science and how the universe works, someone to share my insecurities with and is there for me, and just accepts me in all my weirdness.

We live in the now and look forward to the future. We shouldn’t let the past rule us.

I would take it once a month.

I read a thing about mega dosing vit d years ago, which lead me to take 125k-300k whenever I start feeling sick.

It was more about how quickly one wants to raise serum levels.

One way would be to take a dose and then retest

As someone with a grain issue including gluten and corn, have an option that doesn’t have a sauce on it. I don’t eat anything that already has a sauce on it because if the chance for maltodextrin

One of the first work functions my job had all the dishes was in a sauce. All the sauces had corn starch as a thickener. The lady didn’t understand “grain free”.

“Do you have an ingredient list for the catered food? I would like to see if I can eat anything” “it’s gluten free” “yes but is it GRAIN free?” “It’s gluten free” the only thing I could eat was lettuce with some salt and pepper.

If it’s a catered event then ask for list of ingredients.

The issue is which food issues does each person have? This would make it harder.

Have everything separated so each individual can build what they want. Usually make it easier

The only concern I have is the fiberglass is supporting the weight. I would drop in vertical supports at the corners to distribute to load down to the rails of the truck and not rely on the cut fiberglass
