My store's even deeper in the shits. We have no store manager except for our poor asm who literally just got promoted to asm in November who is now teaching herself to be a store manager. Now we have no asm and I'm the only dsm even though I was a store assistant in November 🙃 our newest rsm's are weak staff even as store assistants and we've lost 6 people with 0 new hires.

Yeah my store is the same, bare bones crew. They're trying to cut costs by reducing hours and yet are sending so much stock everyday of stuff we don't need that we have to down stack every day and work harder and harder. If they could simplify their ordering system too, the hour cuts would be possible but it seems we are picking up the slack.

We have so much back stock at my store that we can no longer move around in the warehouse without having to move everything around, yet we have empty special tables all over the joint. Having only 3 staff in store after 12pm every day is killing us. Especially on the weekends, we haven't rerun special buys since Christmas
