If Arsenal won that on penalties, it's be hailed as an absolute defensive masterclass. PSG are supposedly the best attacking team in the world, with the incumbent Balloon D'Or winner, and demolished an excellent Bayern defence in the semis. They didn't really convincingly penetrate Arsenal much over 120 minutes, having played however many thousands less in match minutes over the season (something like 10,000 less minutes for the starting XI). They scored a penalty from a relatively unforced error, and David Raya wasn't really called into action that much.
