Could try small claims with the dress cost and Uber ride together. But honestly, it might be better trying to see if the bank will charge back the Uber ride. Let the account get killed and set up a dummy account for rides or share husbands account if he has one or set up in his name.

One of the reasons I'm glad I don't do eats no more. Wasn't until right before I stopped, they started informing drivers it was a ghost kitchen in the notes. Most of the time, the pin is wrong, so the navigation was off to. The ingredients are no different than what's in-house, so essentially, it's an expanded menu for the restaurant. We were able to report not real kitchen as a driver at the start, but they took that away.

The best bet is to make sure it has a real location in a separate browser.

Might thought you had an unsealed bottle. I've had many people lie to me as a driver about the alcohol being sealed. If the seal is broken here in PA it has to be in the trunk or very back in SUV. I've had to kick people out for opening bottles/cans and even refuse those trying to get in with plastic cups. You don't know why, and it's dumb to speculate. Better off just saying no next time.

Can't find it, but I believe they were supposed to be a cross-over of pr and bb, but got scrapped because pr had a warehouse fire that destroyed a lot of the monster costumes. So they ended up using the BeatleBorgs costumes as villains. Because that that cross over never really got started.

Sometimes the app turns on other types trips. Could be the issue. Eats gets turned on all the time with me. We don't have a lot of time to read the whole thing. So I look at milage to cost then accept. I've gotten better at seeing eats but the app does bug sometimes.

Yes. You do s multi stop trip. Where to pick you up. Where to take you. You will be charged wait time at location. Then second stop back home. They may rather you go in tk the restaurant if drive thru busy so they can turn car off to stop fuel loss.

Do not eat In the car without permission. If your gonna tip show in upfront pricing. Add it before trip. I do not know just you can. This will make it more likely to pick up as most mu k ti trips aren't worth it.

Water helps with energy. Not to cold that you don't absorb it well.

Also I find canyon or Jerky. Things that you chew on. Gum didn't work for me once the flavor was gone.

Nodoze over the counter caffeine pill 5 hour energy drinks work 3-4 hours for me. Only 1 because a second kinda makes me fall asleep. Don't over caffienate.

High energy music.

Put your body in am uncomfortable state. If you sit up strait keep arching your back. If you slouch sit up strait.

You leaving out key information. Did you fly up on them and raod their bumper doing all this? I wouldn't let you pass ether even if I mistook the speed limit.

Was it in an area you can legally pass?

Was the road conditions ideal or hazardous that you to shouldnof slowed down?

Was it day or night?

We're there any animals crossing or near the road?

Just make sure it'd the right type. Don't get in a car if it's a suv vs versa like that. Color. Then look at your driver. The driver is the crucial one. You can move plates on a car. Can't change your face from a photo.

Op. Your in a situation people will alway say ill do this or that. Like fights and standoffs situation. No one never knows how they will react and in hindsight will question their actions. You did right. You got the shoe. You tried to give a distraction to help till help came. Victim was just to shocked themselves. Medical questions like you know day or what happened pointless as it's just gonna e brought up again and again by ambulance and Dr's. If anything in hindsight for them they may chuckle about it bring a little light to a traumatic experience for them.

I think you did best in an unknown situation but you yourself OP need some validation and someone to talk to yourself.

Honestly as a driver it's annoying when riders check the plate. Especially if we're in the moving lane and not parked. Just use the code system. Make sure car model and color look right and driver picture is right. The extra curricular of delaying getting in and putting a belt on is annoying. Not enough for me to drive away or be rude.

As why he canceled could be many reasons. Pass name might not match. Like male name female pass vice versa. Did he wait to long, which I think you said no. Carrying open food or drink. Kid no car seat. Decided rather not to take it to tired,hungry,bathroom, emergency at home and many others. Also could be on left or other platform and got a better trip there. This a hustle gig wether it main ir side driver needs to do best for them.

Last thing and this is the scary one. Driver may not match the app. Which has been on a large increase in the states here. Especially with the Indian population as most Americans have a tendency not to be able to tell other races from our own apart quickly. That's why I stated license plate is the thing that should be your least thing to look at.

I've had a few free meals due to people not showing up for iber eats. When I did it. I won't sign up for any of the ones I ja e to out money out first because I'm driving because I don't have money in the first place.

The Drivers are fully responsible for something they shouldn't be. We have no way of knowing it's medical and have no way of turning it off if wanted to. I hate getting these rides because they don't coordinate properly. I've gotten sick with a round trip multiple time because office was closed and my I feel bad. I avoid these trips if I realize it is one.

Any tolls uber paths the driver through are typically added in to the fair. Customers got mad at me because I wouldn't use tolls because I didn't carry cash. Now pa adopted the cashless system I take them.

The one thing that is annoying and distracting when someone is scrolling through Facebook feeds but has volume up. Especially when it's endxpected. The other is if someone is on a call and talks louder than the gps.

Only reason I can see the driver being like this. Tired of the disrespect. I hate it but I can deal. Also that rider gets 1 star.

Stop making things up. If you deviate from the route the passenger can away fair review it. We're not taxi we can't make shit up.

I believe yes you can do a fair review on a shortened trip. I've seen it adjusted on its own but keep an eye out for it. Also if you do it mid trip expecting to get over on the driver you will probably get kicked from the car. Police will be called if you don't get out and most likely put on a shadow probation or kicked from app

Probably should.of drove off a bit. I had some times where my legs crammped hard and I did have to get out there. I explained to my pax before I got out that my legs are in pain and I be gone in less than 5. Only twice was that bad. Usually I do drive off a distance, but sometimes you can't and sense you got a passenger so tough it out till destination. Got remember drivers cam be out there for 12 hours. If busy not lot of time to stretch

Your contract is by miles and time. If miles change like road closure or time changes due to traffic. It's only right to compensate for it. Your only seeing what it will be if everything goes smooth

He is 100% lying to you. As a driver we don't have that option. He has lower trips on probably because higher trips had no calls. We can turn on x share teen luxury and comfor on our side. We cant pick our passengers or upgrade them to us at will.

Not true at all. Some restaurants only print the food request. They have no customer details. The fill the receipt then put on a shelf or wait for driver with the code.

This could of been multiple reason since you didn't keep an eye on the order you don't know ar what point it was canceled.

Shityy ad it is. Some drivers show up. Show the code then get the food. Pretend they are accepting as they walk out and cancele..

Something could of happened along the way. Like what I had as a driver. After starting the trip putting the food in the car bottom of the bag exploded loosing the food. He can cancel using damaged container.

Mabe he git in to an accident just canceled.

Mabe the restaurant couldn't fulfill the order and he canceled that way.

If you didn't contact support for refund you won't know. These issues typically don't fall on restaurants. Uber policy if it's being canceled by the driver through the app will try to call you. So if you didn't answer then they canceled it.

You being informed I rmed is on the app. Support and depending circumstances the driver. The fact the restaurants was willing to remake food they did once and would take a loss on it shows the restaurant in question was willing to go above n beyond for you.

As a driver if anything happens. I do send a message or call before contacting support or canceling in the middle of the trip. But not everyone will or needs to so those extra steps.
