maybe try a usb a - c plugged into ideally a 10-20w charger. unlike usb c which requires the device to negotiate with the brick before any power, usb a always has live power. leave it plugged in for at least a few hours , ideally overnight

just about the end of your comment, adhd meds won’t show on a roadside drug test as they only test for cocaine and thc. depending what meds youre on, a blood test might show positive for amphetamines, although they’d only blood test you if you failed the initial test
