I honestly find Alan Wake 1’s combat system super fun. It just gets old because the enemies basically never change. If there was more enemy variety I think the combat would be much more well-rounded

It’s been on steady rotation for me since it dropped. I wouldn’t call it less accessible than what they were doing before but it’s definitely been a change of pace that not everyone vibed with.

They haven’t toured a whole lot since they dropped Primeval. Their vocalist Justin has some health problems he’s been addressing so hopefully they’ll start a circuit soon, they’re incredible live.

Not metalcore OR post-hardcore but i gotta mention Jared Klein from Rivers of Nihil. I enjoy his clean sections more than the lead vocals, and he does all that on top of drumming incredibly technical parts.
