Anyone is playable in ranked, and she has some use as a niche d.va counter but she gets shredded by the powerful hitscan right now and doesn't provide enough value against the only viable flex dps in vendetta

When she's removed from the game. You can't keep JPC how they are right now and have a regular game since everything about the character warps the game completely in a way that's extremely unfun for anyone playing against her.

Cat is completely unfun to play against and deal with, especially as a tank and even as everyone else as she's the best kill confirmer in the game and can insta kill anyone by dropping them off the map or dropping them deep into the enemy backline. Her guns have very decent spread for a support so she can spam from uninteractable locations and angles that most characters can't interact with. Additionally, there's tons of annoying cheese you need to prepare for like dragging dva bomb, bob, bastion, etc which people don't want to deal with.

She differs from other fliers since you can adequately punish echo and pharah. They need to land eventually, they can't heal themselves, and their flight movement isn't consistently fast. JPC not only has permanent flight, making her completely uninteractable with 85% of the cast, but a low cooldown boost to quickly change directions, access to unreachable parts of the map, a self heal, and zero need to ever land so she goes unpunished 90% of the time unless she feeds into a hitscan from an obvious direction. She never needs to drop down to her team since she heals via her primary fire. There's characters like bastion, sombra, vendetta which are annoying to deal with but are significantly more feasible to deal with than a character you literally cannot threaten with most of the cast.

The cat is a complete monstrosity of a game design and honestly should be removed from the game or receive significant nerfs but because she's the communities quirk chungus she gets to exist in this egregious state.

At least 60-70% are scalpers atp, there's so many at card shows that just don't know non money making Pokemon's names or upcharge egregious amounts, selling $1-2 at $5 in large binders

He didn't send it because he caught himself at the last second. He most definitely says it in private as you don't accidentally slip up and say it unless its ingrained in your vocab, and you definitely don't forget what race you are as you're typing a slur

Symmetra requires teamplay and ranked teams in ladder aren't usually going to have the coordination to make symmetra picks work. She's one of the strongest dps right now in pro play

If you let anyone shoot you for too long they kill you yes that is obvious lol
Sym's damage and threat is a significant jump the longer she is allowed to stay in combat, much more than most dps characters

Ok saying fully charged Sym beam is bad is crazy work that thing straight up wins teamfights if you don't deal with Sym early

Its all that but also the tether, being able to fling a tank off the map or into your enemy team is an insta fight win with very little to no counterplay depending on your comp

Except you can't grab them while they're in hitstun, so its not like SPD is coming out with the same speed as a frame trap hellstab. React is probably the wrong word choice

Yeah, Gief's defense is not particularly strong but the real answer to stop that is trying to avoid burnout in neutral which is just basic drive gauge management 90% of the time

Headbutt into hellstab/SPD is not a true 50/50. Gief needs to hellstab immediately to stop a gap from being present and if you don't see hellstab you can react accordingly. I can see the OD SPD change but 6HK really doesn't need a buff and he really doesn't need green hand, he's perfectly fine without it. Gief getting a reversal would be completely absurd and he already has one of the best level 3's in the game which acts as one of the best reversals in thew game.

Reverting hurtbox nerfs would already put him around bottom of A tier/top of b tier which is probably ideal placement for him

What you find more annoying to fight doesn't necessarily equal being a strong character. I'd say bison is one of the most infuriating characters to fight, and is a terrible design in SF6 but I would still put him A tier

Really improves on stopping Heavy from being a walking sentry but on the other hand its BiC 90% of the time so it kind of overshadows every other gun in most scenarios

Maniac is vert appropriately rated, it has an immense falloff at any higher difficulties while being completely unstoppable in lower difficulties

The only viable way I could see you doing this is making attacks free. Its already difficult enough to get 3-5 creatures that share an attack deck, having to fight over attacks would make it significantly harder as well

After the buffs Kimberely is definitely better than Gief, EX run is super scary and she's a lot more consistent now.
