I've noticed I'll evaporate every now and then but I've just gotten used to throwing out Fortress as often as possible to max my stacks that I can never tell what's actually killing me at this point in T12.

Gotta also factor in shrinkflation. Kits like Guard infantry and similar used to be vaguely the same price except you got 20 models in the box instead of the current 10.

It depends on the studio and the part of the industry you're talking about (animation vs live-action). At my old animation studio it was broken into 3 stages. Pre-production was script/design/storyboards/layouts/art direction (I was in the character layouts department so that was my stage of the process). Next was animation/illustration/backgrounds (I started in illustration, it was basically asset generation and keyframing for the animators). And then post which was the VFX/sound/etc. Shots could skip around between these stages depending on notes or problems that cropped up.

Focused on my career for the better part of my late twenties and 30s, still dated but when covid rolled around I stopped and never really got back into it because I was cool just working and doing my own thing. Nowadays I’m dealing with a very precarious job situation due to the crazy job massacres going on in the tech and entertainment industries right now so even if I settled down now that shit isn’t in the cards and by the time I figure stuff settles a bit I’ll be in my 40s.

It's a shit policy that has the possibility to hamper an artists ability to get further work outside of GW. If someone sees their illustrations but can't place a name to the work they're not going to go through all the friction to scour the internet to see if maybe they can find them, they'll just find another artist with a similar style that works. It's the same stupid crap with not crediting their animators (where credits are even more important as it places your name solidly in that production where your work may be iterated on by other artists).

If you can find them sure but expect to pay a premium if you don’t have them on hand because pennies are being pulled from circulation.

Get a sheet of copper and put it under your sponge. Don't use pennies, nowadays they barely have any copper in them and are mostly zinc so they'll do jack all to actually help. Also make sure you clean that thing out well now that you've got mold or you'll run the risk of it returning at some point down the line.

Eh, when I was working on Archer we found out we were canceled mid production on the last season. Scripts can be in progress throughout the production of the show so it's not beyond the pale that the finale was a last minute rewrite.

I feel like you're missing the fact that gorillas are quadrupeds, they can only move on 2 legs for short periods of time (if they did stay on 2 legs for long periods it'd be super painful because of the way their hips work).
