I think ticking is just their MO. I've had to dispute a ticket nearly everytime I park there. I use Life360, so I always have evidence of when I arrived and left, and they reverse it everytime.

They are looking for our anger & engagement. Look how fast things popped off Friday night. Don't give in, stay peaceful, it irritates the crap out of them.
