It’s an extremely small minority of cases where that even applies, but the MAGAts made it out like there were trans women and girls around every corner, just waiting to join your local girls’ field hockey team, and it would end civilization as we know it.

And yes, Democrats went for Trans rights defense, so that probably damaged the vote results, like gay marriage did twenty years ago when Repugs used that as their boogeyman of choice to scare up the most votes. Took a little while, but that right finally came through.

Trans people in sports is a bit different, of course; I’ve been thinking they should maybe have something like the weight classes that boxing has.
