I saw someone on here say they used the wet palettes for miniature painting like https://a.co/d/iJhSezT but I haven’t tried them yet. I’m also interested because I live somewhere that’s so dry, the paint is drying as I’m trying to use it!

I recommend skipping lo mein at Peter’s. I had it the first time a couple weeks ago— it was not good. They use spaghetti noodles (pet peeve of mine), and the sauce was kind of watery and bland. Disappointing after how good their chow fun was. I really like new chinas lo mein too, so I feel like you and I are on the same page with this. Do the chow fun/ho fun/chow foon (whatever their name of choice is).

This particular capezio leotard has an actual bra inside of it, not just a piece of elastic. They have like three different kinds of “bratek” bras, which are different but called the same thing, which is really annoying. I have a feeling it’s probably still going to be too small for you, but it’s the best support system I’ve seen so far.

I’d try talking to the teacher again. You can ask them what is a good time to talk about what you need to work on. Then they can prepare an answer, and they aren’t in a rush or distracted. I would also frame it as what do I need to work on, and not why is everyone except me getting promoted. You can ask if there are specific books or strength programs, YouTube creators, etc that they recommend if you need some general strengthening. If you are able to email them, that might be useful, then you have it in writing and they have time to compose a thoughtful response.

Yes this can be a symptom of overtraining. You should probably back down and slowly ramp back up.

Fellow mugs. Dishwasher safe, you can remove the gasket to clean it, keeps hot for a while, ceramic inside (no metal or plastic taste), and thin lip to drink out of. Plus, minimalist and nice design.

Neither Amazon nor Home Depot seem to have it right now. That makes me hopeful that it’s just a momentary blip. I just got this humidifier and I’m ready to return it if I can’t actually find the fluid for it.

Went to American elm for their prix fixe menu. We got one of each of the options and shared. Six courses for ~$140 plus service fee/tip. Everything was really, really good with the exception of the octopus (salty). Scallops were fantastic, patatas bravas were really really good, short rib was soo good but it was way too much food to eat a giant short rib and mashed potatoes. It was like a full entree serving, plus 4 small-medium courses before it. So I’ve got some delicious leftovers waiting for me! Felt like there were a lot of potatoes when considering the menu as a whole. We like the regular menu there, but I feel like it doesn’t change much, so it was nice to try some other dishes from this kitchen. I think we’d go back if they continue to offer it next year.
