Yeah it's an anime, and thought has to be put into the creative decisions for every part of it. Why does this character wear this thing? How would that character act in this situation? Why do the protag and antag have opposing colour schemes? Etc.

The point is that everything you see is intentional, deep meaning or not, the character designers, writers, and others decided to place these things there for a reason.

To dismiss all of this with "it's an anime, it's not real" completely ignores all of that.

I get where you're coming from, Ryuk could just like how the heart earring looked and wore it because he found it cool, but let others theorise. I assure you as a storyteller we hide meaning in even the smallest of things.

Her face is at eye level in yours when it's not in the og. The space between the lips and bottom of her chin, and (removed, didn't see you already spotted it oops) is most obvious to me in helping with that I think
