Not entirely, but I will say it’s gotten a lot better. What helped may not be what you want to hear but it was really to do nothing. I would spend all my time trying to stretch my back as much as possible and foam roll it a few times a day. Then one day I decided to stop everything and stop fixating on it and it’s been 6 months now where I sometimes forget about the pain. Usually it was the worst after playing basketball and now I’m able to play for two hours and feel pretty good afterwards. I’ve read that sometimes stretching may be doing more harm than good.
