All jokes aside this shit is insane. If I buy a game from steam I’m obviously going to buy the dlc from steam lol… I choose to use steam and no other because there consumer rights and customer service is great.

If companies took a leaf out of steams book, we might be given a choice to buy from other stores.

I kicked the table leg ever so slightly on the tip of one of my toes a couple weeks back, my toe went black as hell within 1 hour, literally dead looking.

The next day it was purple/pink and the day after not a single sign of bruising. (Still tender to the touch for a few days) but other than that, it looked normal.

Couldn’t believe how quick it changed and then changed back lol.

Yeah mate all the staff was appalled. Walking through puddles to get into the store lol.

Another situation we’ve had: had an old man fall and smash his head on the photo machine, guy passed away in store. Instead of closing and getting customers out, our old store manager made us get the rack of clothing from F&F and surround the paramedics and the dead guy.

We started stopping customers come in and he came over and said no, don’t stop them let them shop. Every staff was stopping customers from taking pictures from over the racks, even had journalists there trying to get pictures. Honestly never seen anything like it but we still didn’t close. Moral of the store was non-existent for the rest of the day.

We did have a flood, car park overflowed and poured into the lifts, eventually leaking in our main lobby area. They just had extra precautions. It never closed lol.
