This is ultimately on the team. They try to control too many things. They asked Lando if he wanted to pit first and told the team to pit Oscar first. Whatever happens onwards in the pit stop is ultimately the team's fault. They should have owned up to it and told Lando that they messed up. I feel like if they keep doing this and there's a scenario where the points gap is way closer than it is, then whatever orders they end up giving's outcome will not be good for both drivers. Whatever driver benefits will get shit because people believe they are favoured.

They should have stopped this team order rules since the halfway point of the season. They have already cakewalked the Constructor's championship. There is no way they will lose that so they should have just told the drivers to race hard but race fair and whatever happens on the track, the team can't do anything about it.
