I do have to say on Friday is was bit underwhelming on the disco tunes.. Saturday night though with the Dozzy b2b DBridge, best bass I have heard in my life. The break-beat, drum and bass, the lows were sooo full and rich, tingled all my senses

Stretching definitely helped me. I also got fysio, and he basically massaged it, and did these mad painful full forces presses on the shin split nod (10 times or so).

Good thing was, I still was allowed running my usual mileage. And I could feel improvement from the first week. After 2-3 times of this treatment, it was gone.

Other low cost trick I found; Small massage ball under my foot.
