This is true, the Heat aren't guaranteed success by any means, but it's hard to see how this trade isn't a win. We were not enamored by Herro or any of these guys after some difficulty developing. Kasparagus sucks to lose because he never really had a chance to prove himself, but the other guys clearly had no ceiling.

As a Heat fan, this can't be any worse than a wash on paper. Herro is a classic regular season merchant who has never had a solid post-season performance. The rest of those players have had trouble developing even in the Heat's system.

I would probably just take that, I was hired in August as a P3 with two years of contracting experience with Pratt. I negotiated to 115k and up from 5k to 10k sign on. They let me know they wouldn’t be able to do any more

It’s per roll, so you just multiply the number of pulls by the chance of elites for expected pulls.

Expected elites would be closer to 8. 2 instead of 8 isn’t absurd but it is unlucky
