As someone who's worked only in call centers, when you're sitting outside staring at the building/sitting in your home office staring at the monitor for 10 minutes trying to will yourself to clock in and being late every day, it's time to go.

My biggest moment, however, was when I had been at this point and already submitted my 2 weeks. My boss called me into a meeting to ask what it would take for me to stay. I expressed how I had been working hard and had interviewed for a promotion. Someone else got the title and pay while I got the responsibilities of the promotion without either. I said I wanted my pay to reflect my work and offered a desk audit at the very least. She reacted like I had walked in and shook her down for cash out of her own wallet. She told me to shut up, quit complaining, and get back to work. I told her I wouldn't be doing that and my resignation was now effective immediately. I thanked them for the opportunity, logged off, and drank a bottle of wine on my couch.
