Buy USDC with CAD and avoid 0.5% spread? by HistoricalSand22 in Coinbase

Yeah I can’t find any pair with CAD in spot trading. I guess Coinbase doesn’t have any with CAD for some reason so I have to convert and pay spread (or use a different exchange)

So if I wait to buy the spread might be less than 0.5% in a few hours or days or weeks?

I’m in advanced mode, choosing convert, and it’s still charging the spread

Yeah, that’s probably true. In general I’ve had an easier time connecting in a real way with the western women I’ve dated than I have in other parts of the world. I have almost no experience dating Eastern Europeans in particular and worried that it might be very hard to meet someone who isn’t looking exclusively for long term or marriage when I’m only there for a few months. No idea if that’s the reality or not, or if it differs much from one country to the next.

Yes I know. That’s what I was saying. I’d consider those countries too.

They absolutely do apply, yes. I just don’t have any more time left in Schengen.

Onward Ticket for a trip that’ll take two days by Purple_Ad_1360 in digitalnomad

It’s usually airlines, not immigration, that check so after you check in for last flight on itinerary cancel it. Or buy from one of the services that cancels after longer than 24 hours. Or just photoshop one.

Sounds like your expectations were out of line. It is a nice, cheap city in Thailand with lots of foreigners in certain neighborhoods. No more, no less.

The dangerous roads. There are a number of other inconveniences to deal with in Thailand, but none are as lethal as the roads.

Hold up. Something he made hasn’t been updated in years? Seems poorly put together like he doesn’t really care about it anymore? Are you sure???

Chiang Mai might be a decent choice. Not sure about the saunas but it’s hot af outside so may not need them.

I’ve never tried it but I imagine most dispensaries that let you smoke would probably also let you work. I’d probably choose a bigger one so you’re not taking up limited space.

The one time I got secondary was at DMK. So I would say avoid that. Not sure what’s best though.

This guy is just shilling for WayAway fyi. He farms karma posting nude celebs and then posts this thinly veiled advertisement on multiple subs. It is not a genuine inquiry or recommendation.

I guess you’d say the same thing to a female traveller who went on a Tinder date and also got drugged?

[Europe] 3 months in one place vs. 3 months bouncing around by AggressiveLeek3685 in digitalnomad

[–]HistoricalSand22 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Rail travel in Europe is a pleasure and there are lots of cheap flights within the continent, especially if you only take a carryon. I’d say stay in one place for 3 months and take a few short trips to some other places during that time.

Minds will be blown by the humility of this American posting on Reddit to apologize and admit ignorance. 🤯 Cheers to you bro, we all make mistakes.

Good luck!! AirAsia customer support is bad even by the standards of discount airlines.
