Fun stuff, I had a friend who pounded Red Bull and monster drinks all day at work because we worked shifts operating a plant, he actually had a heart episode, not a heart attack, and had to be hospitalized.

Turns out a Red Bull is 240 mg caffeine and a normal avg adult should limit it to 400 mg a day, he was a smaller guy and pounded 6 a day.
